1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PerfectAlgo ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Description
PerfectAlgo is an algorithmic trading platform that enables users to build, deploy and automate trading strategies on Indian financial markets (NSE, NFO, MCX) through registered Indian brokers. PerfectAlgo does not provide financial advice or portfolio management services.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must be a resident of India with a valid PAN card.
You must have an active demat and trading account with a supported broker.
You are responsible for compliance with SEBI regulations and applicable Indian laws.
4. Risk Disclaimer
⚠️ Trading in equity, futures and options involves substantial risk of loss. Algorithmic strategies do not guarantee profits. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your capital. PerfectAlgo is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through use of the platform.
5. User Responsibilities
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Ensure your broker API keys are kept secure and not shared.
Monitor your live strategies regularly — automated systems can malfunction.
Comply with position limits and risk management rules set by your broker and SEBI.
6. Prohibited Uses
Using the platform for market manipulation or front-running.
Sharing login credentials with third parties.
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
7. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are annual. Fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy. PerfectAlgo reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, designs and strategy templates are the exclusive property of PerfectAlgo. Users retain ownership of strategies they create.
9. Termination
PerfectAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without liability.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

1. Information We Collect
Account Data: Name, email, mobile number, PAN card details.
Broker Data: Encrypted API keys for broker connectivity (stored as hashed references only).
Usage Data: Strategy activity, login timestamps, device and browser information.
Communication Data: Support messages and email correspondence.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the PerfectAlgo platform.
To process transactions and manage your subscription.
To send account-related notifications and platform updates.
To provide customer support.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data in transit and at rest. Broker API keys are never stored in plaintext. We employ access controls, firewalls and regular security audits.
🔒 Your funds always remain in your own broker account. PerfectAlgo never has custody of your money.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
We may share data with your connected broker to execute trades on your behalf.
We may share data with payment processors for subscription billing.
We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or SEBI directives.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years as required by Indian financial regulations. Trade logs are retained for 7 years per SEBI requirements.
7. Your Rights
Access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support.
Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time.
Request data portability in a machine-readable format.

⚠️ All PerfectAlgo subscription plans are prepaid annual subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital software access, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription has been activated and platform access has been granted.
Eligible Refund Cases
Duplicate payment charged due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
Payment successfully deducted but platform access was not activated within 24 hours.
Verified technical failure preventing any platform access for more than 7 consecutive days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after subscription activation.
Inability to connect your broker API (this is outside PerfectAlgo's control).
Trading losses incurred through use of the platform.
Partial use of the subscription period.
Failure to cancel before auto-renewal (if applicable).
Include your transaction reference number and the reason for the refund.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank.
Plan Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan within the same subscription year, the remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted against the new plan price. Please contact support for upgrade assistance.
